Our cold-smoked Nova Scotia Lox is cured with a mild brine (not too salty, just right!) that’s become a staple in New York breakfasts. 

It's a classic delicacy to layer on top of your bagel & cream cheese, or to enjoy as an appetizer, or to just sneak an extra piece or two straight from the fridge.

Nova lox is sold by the full pound only. 

Our lox is shipped frozen. It will stay fresh for up to 3 months in your freezer. 

Once defrosted, we recommend consuming within 7-10 days for best taste. Please seal package between usage.
